  • Chadawa (ritual items) selection and delivery
  • Donation/Dakhina collection
  • Prasad (blessed food) home delivery

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using Dev Sankalpam, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
  • Payment is required at the time of booking confirmation
  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods
  • Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes

6. Puja Scheduling and Performance

  • Puja dates and times are confirmed at the time of booking
  • We perform pujas as per scheduled dates and times
  • Video proof of puja performance will be provided within 48 hours of completion
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you in advance and reschedule

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including images, text, videos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Dev Sankalpam and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dev Sankalpam is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

9. Modification of Terms
